Forn Sed Fellowship is rooted in the ancient traditions of Norse Heathenry, yet adapted to fit our modern lives. We believe in the presence and power of the Norse gods, the importance of community and kinship, and the value of living in harmony with nature. Our practices are guided by the principles of personal responsibility, lifelong learning and inclusivity. Our creed encompasses our reverence for the Norse pantheon, commitment to ancient customs, and respect for nature. By balancing tradition with innovation, we seek to build a vibrant and resilient fellowship that honors the past, enriches the present, and inspires the future.

Commitment to Ancient Customs

We are dedicated to the revitalization and contemporary practice of the "Forn Sed" or "Old Custom". This includes celebrating traditional rituals, seasonal festivals, and the sagas that have been passed down through generations. We observe blots, sumbels, and other rites that connect us to the cycles of nature and the divine.

Community & Kinship

We believe in the strength and importance of community. Our fellowship is a place where individuals are valued and supported, and where we work together to foster a sense of belonging and mutual respect. We recognize the sacred bonds of kinship, both within our families and our fellow heathens. We strive to nurture these relationships through acts of generosity, loyalty, and shared purpose.
